AquaTox Research, Inc. is a customer-focused, cost-effective provider of aquatic toxicity testing services located right here in Central New York. AquaTox is known for providing a superior level of quality and accuracy in aquatic toxicity testing and environmental information services. Laboratory services include WET (whole effluent toxicity), chemical, sediment, algal, microbial (Microtox®) and biochemical (Mitoscan) toxicity tests.

Sediment toxicity testing services provided by AquaTox are used in testing conditions like Onondaga Lake where much of the contamination is associated with its sediments. Sediment testing can be used to help with remediation efforts and verification testing.

Since its establishment in 1992, AquaTox Research, Inc. has worked on thousands of projects ranging from simplistic standard testing applications to long-term research projects. They are well-equipped to accommodate every client’s special needs for toxicity testing.

AquaTox worked closely with Daly Communications Group to develop a multilingual website that currently has English and Chinese versions to serve its diverse client base. AquaTox has initiated a venture to offer its specialized microtesting services in China and elsewhere internationally to help businesses maintain productivity and profitability by managing the toxicity of their production facility’s wastewater.
